Homemade caramel topped with flakey sea salt.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (gluten), 25% caramel (caster sugar, cream (fresh pasteurised cream), unsalted butter (pasteurised cream), golden syrup (cane sugar, water)), brown sugar, unsalted butter (pasteurised cream), eggs, caster sugar, Heilala vanilla paste (vanilla bean extract, alcohol 12%, vanilla bean seeds, sugar (5%), thickener (Carrageenan 0.5%)), baking powder (raising agents (500, 450, 541), mineral salt (170), cornflour, food acid (336)), baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), sea salt.


Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not leave in direct sunlight. Store in fridge for maximum freshness. Once open store in an airtight container and consume within 7 days.


Allergy advice: contains gluten, dairy, egg, soy. Made in a facility that handles peanuts, soy, sulphites, and tree nuts.
