Its that festive time of year again, and this year we are going for something completely new! This festive fella is the offspring of a fruit mince pie and our signature Whittakers Chocolate cookie. This sweet fella has single handedly changed my mind on Christmas mince pies as I am firmly in camp "no thank you" when they get passed around (same with Christmas Cake). Ingredients: 29% Whittakers 50% chocolate (cocoa solids 50% (cocoa mass, pure cocoa butter), sugar, emulsifier (soy lecithin) (soy), vanilla flavour), flour (wheat, gluten)), butter (cream) (milk), sugar, brown sugar, free range eggs (eggs), 10% Fruit mince (Fruit (55%) (Apple, Sultana, Currant, Citrus Peel) (sulphites), Sugar (Brown, White), Glucose Syrup, Humectant (422), Thickener (1442), Spice, Stabiliser (460), Sea Salt, Preservative (202), Acidity Regulator (330), Flavour), baking powder (raising agents (500, 450, 541), mineral salt (170), cornflour, food acid (336)), baking soda, coffee, Heilala vanilla extract (vanilla bean extract, glycerine, alcohol (0.5%)), natural flavour, sugar), sea salt.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not leave in direct sunlight. Store in fridge for maximum freshness. Once open store in an airtight container and consume within 7 days.
