Our New York Style Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie is crunchy on the outside with a satisfyingly thick and soft center. They are thick and diveine, so we lovingly call them thickums. Each bite is loaded with semi-sweet chocolate chips and walnuts toasted in maple syrup and the cookie is a generous 115g. Price is per cookie.
Please note that these cafe/bakery-style cookies are different from the other other Artisan cookies we produce in that we only make and bake a limited amount of these cookies each week and courier them out once a week on a Monday. These cookies are best enjoyed fresh and reheated til they're warm and freeze well. Please see our Cookie Care receommendation below for storing and reheating the cookies for optimal enjoyment.

Our cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy (milk, butter), tree nuts (almond, walnuts), soy, eggs, peanuts, sesame, sulphites and wheat (gluten). We are not an allergy-free bakery, but we do our best to pregent cross-contamination.
Ingredients: 29% 70% cocoa (cocoa mass (70%), sugar, emulsifier (soy lecithin 322), flavour), vanilla flavour), flour (wheat, gluten)), walnuts (tree nuts), brown sugar, butter (cream) (milk), sugar, free range eggs (eggs), maple syrup, Heilala vanilla extract (vanilla bean extract, glycerine, alcohol (0.5%)), natural flavour, sugar), baking powder (raising agents (500, 450, 541), mineral salt (170), cornflour, food acid (336)), baking soda, salt.
Cookie care:
These cookies are different from our normal Artisan range in that there is less sugar so don't last as long ( only 5-7 days), so we only send them out or allow pick ups certain days so that they arrive their freshest. Eat them straight away or store the cookies in an airtight container for up to one week or freeze them if not enjoyed immediately (they are just as amazing from frozen!). For maximum enjoyment, warm the cookie in a 180 degrees C oven for a few minutes or until gooey (or 20-30 seconds in the microwave on high). If frozen, they’ll take roughly 5-10 minutes in the oven. Be careful and make sure to blow on the cookie - the chocolate will be hot! If freezing, try cutting the cookie into halves or quarters to reheat snack sized treats at a later stage.
